Food Bank On Wheels is a Mobile Home Delivery Food Hamper Service dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of single parent families facing challenges due to illness or disability. We’re committed to providing both perishable and non-perishable food hampers to those who cannot easily access a regular Food Bank.
These services rely heavily on the invaluable contributions of volunteers and our volunteer positions are open to all regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability.
If you have a burning passion for helping those in need, we’d love to connect!

We’re looking for:

Volunteers to help with shopping twice a month at Sewak's NOFRILLS Port Coquitlam, as well as hamper prep after shopping.

Drivers to deliver hampers in Ridge Meadows and/or the TriCities (Port Coquitlam, Port Moody and Coquitlam) one to two days per month

Drivers to pick up food donations

One or more drivers and volunteers to help with expansion in Surrey

If you’re interested in helping us serve the less fortunate in their community, please call 604-457-3663 If you get our voicemail, please leave a message with your name and phone number so our team can call you back.

Our service currently covers Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Mission, Aldergrove, Cloverdale, Surrey, Delta, and Langley.
Going forward, we aspire to extend our reach to Vancouver and Burnaby, but we need your help!

We’re actively seeking compassionate volunteers who share our mission.
If you’re interested in joining our cause and becoming a part of our Home Delivery Food Bank team, please get in touch. Together, we can make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
